• All cancellations made 96 hours or more before the tour's departure time are free of charge.
• If you cancel within 24 to 96 hours before your tour's departure time, you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your tour departure time, you will be charged 100% of the whole amount.
• Your money will be returned to your account within 7 working days if you are eligible for a refund.
   

Parental Policy
 

• Children under the age of two will be regarded as infants, and admission will be free.
• Children between the ages of 2 and 6 will be charged at the kid rate.

There are no time restrictions if you choose a private event because you pay by the hour. Due to the fact that they conflict with our daily dinner cruise, the prime-time hours (8-11pm) are more expensive. You will be joining our dinner cruise for semi-private activities; thus, you must adhere to its timing:
8.30 to 9 p.m. 
9 p.m. to 10 p.m.
