• Event Date: This booking is exclusively for the New Year Yacht Party on December 31, 2023.
• Booking and Payment: To secure your spot, you must book in advance and make a payment. Your booking is considered valid only when payment is made in advance.
• Contact Information: When making your reservation, please provide your name and contact number.
• Ticket Resale: It's important to note that reselling tickets is strictly not allowed.
• Boarding Time: Boarding will not be allowed after 8:30 pm, so please make sure to arrive on time.
• Outside Food and Drinks: Bringing your own food and beverages is not allowed.
• Food at the Event: The food served at the event cannot be taken away or delivered.
• Event Assistance: If you encounter any issues during the event, please inform the event organizers for prompt assistance.
• Acknowledging Risks: By attending the yacht party, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks and hazards.
• Prohibited Items: illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
• Availability: The availability of the event is subject to change.
• Booking Confirmation: You can show your booking confirmation on a mobile device or as a printed copy.
• Receipt of Confirmation: Following successful payment, you will receive your booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• Price Inclusion: The final price in your booking confirmation includes VAT.
• Non-Exchangeable: This booking cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Single Use Vouchers: Each voucher can be used only once.

Cancellation Policy

• Kindly note that for New Year's Eve 2023 bookings, there are no options for refunds or cancellations, regardless of any changes or decisions you may make.
• Cancellation Policy: Once your booking is confirmed, it is non-cancellable.
• Non-Refundable Tickets: Please be aware that tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason.

• No-Show Policy: If you don't attend the event, refunds will not be issued.
• Event Changes: The event schedule may be subject to changes or enhancements by the organizers in response to unforeseen circumstances or guest misconduct, provided there is prior notice of 10 days.
• The organizers retain the right to cancel or modify an event if conditions require such action.

Refund Policy

• In cases where events are canceled due to adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed within 21 working days.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment channel that was initially used for payment.
